Booking and Payment

Each rental requires a separate rental agreement, signed by both parties.
A booking is confirmed once the tenant has paid the rental fee to the account specified in the agreement.
The tenant must be of legal age and must complete the guest information form.

Cancellation and Changes

If the tenant needs to cancel their booking, they must notify us immediately via email at mikko@villapadel.fi or by phone at +358 400 771 402.

• Cancellation at least 28 days before arrival: The payment will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation less than 28 days before arrival: The full rental amount will be charged.

• Force Majeure: In case of an extraordinary event beyond anyone’s control, the landlord may cancel the booking. The tenant is entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
